The EW-PA-EX cable protection conduits are made of specially modified polyamide 12 a high discharge capacity. The material is halogen, phosphor and cadmium-free.

EW-PA-EX cable protection conduits meet the electrostatic requirements for conductive materials when earthed. At the same time, they offer outstanding flexibility. With appropriate earthing they can be used in dust explosion hazardous areas of Zone 20, 21 and 22 as well as in gas explosion hazardous areas of Zone 0, 1 and 2 (independent of the explosion group of the existing gas).

These EW-PA-EX conduit properties make them the perfect choice for industrial handling systems and robotics applications and in all areas where antistatic (ESD protection) equipment is required (mining, refineries, chemical industry).

The world's first safe 3D radar system, LBK, was developed for the monitoring of hazardous areas in harsh industrial environments. It detects the bodies of persons and in doing so monitors the protected area for access and presence. Using the controller, up to 6 sensors can be combined.
