    The RSL 200 safety laser scanners are optimized for minimum space requirements. With a height of just 80 mm and a footprint of 80 x 86 mm, they offer a range of 3.00 m and a 275° scanning angle. This makes them particularly suitable for use on AGVs and AMRs, but also for area guarding and restart protection for compact machines. Up to 32 protective field sets enable adjustments to the environment, load and speed. These adjustments can be optimized even further with the sets consisting of 2 warning and one protective field. Clever details such as rotatable connections, an optimized mounting bracket and the diagnostics app ensure simple integration and efficient safety.

    Our safety light curtains are used wherever people and machines work "hand-in-hand." They ensure reliable safety – for finger and hand protection to safeguard points of operation or for access guarding at danger zones.

    At the same time, the devices meet the highest requirements with regard to easy integration and the availability of safeguarded systems.

    The ELC 100 and MLC 500 safety light curtains offer high resolutions for short safety distances and a compact system design. If there is sufficient space, the MLD 500 multiple light beam safety devices are used. These are optionally available with integrated muting functions.

    This switch offers all the well-established features of the Pizzato brand, such as the RFID technology installed in the actuator and the highest guaranteed safety levels PL e and SIL 3, thereby providing a high degree of safety. 

    A distinctive feature of the NX switch is the illuminated cap positioned on the head of the device, allowing the operator to quickly and immediately diagnose the functional states of inputs and outputs with the help of the incorporated RGB LEDs.

    NS series safety switch with integrated reset function

    The new NS series safety device with integrated reset function was developed with the goal of combining the manual reset of the interlocking function with an RFID safety device with lock in a single product.

    The use of the NS series switches with integrated reset function has the advantage that the interlocking function can be reset directly on the device. Its safety outputs are only activated if the actuator is inserted and locked, and only following a manual acknowledgement on the device's reset input, the so-called acknowledgement input.

    By connecting to the IO-Link master, the BN control device unit can exchange essential data on the surrounding environment, providing detailed information on the different operating phases.
    The data sent includes the state of the buttons and different device types, the LED state, the supply voltage, the device utilisation time and temperature.

    One key feature of the BN series IO-Link control device unit is its ability to detect any out-of-range values in the monitored data. The system can detect any anomalies or potential risks so that the operators can quickly adopt the necessary measures.
